BIOGRAPHY

 LaTishia J. LaNier-Mckinnie. She is a wife, a mother, a vocalist, a musician, a vocal and piano coach, an author, a speaker, a teacher, a recording artist, a worship leader, an ordained Elder, and a humbled child of God to name a few. She was educated at WCC of Rider University in Princeton NJ for 5 years. Her degree program was B.A.in Music and Administration. She Studied at Eastern Theological Seminary In Newark NJ. Her experiences surpass many musicians. She has performed at the greatest music halls in America such as Lincoln Center, The Metropolitan Opera House Carnegie Hall, Newark Symphony Hall, and NJPAC, to name a few. She has sung with well-known gospel artists such as Shirley Ceasar, Donald Malloy, Milton Biggham, Donald Lawrence, Shirley Murdock, Kurt Carr, Nancy Jackson, Natalie Wilson, Donald Dumpson of Jubilee Singers, and many others. She has also starred in many Gospel Music Theatrical Productions such as “Lord lift us Higher” with Jimmy Black Productions based in Connecticut, “Looking for Love in all the wrong places” with Melissa Huggins, and many others. She was also the musical director for both productions. She is currently CEO of LaNier Vocal Direct LLC. LaNier Vocal Direct LLC. was established to help aspiring vocalists, pianists, and composers to achieve growth with their gifts and talents while coaching in some of the best production studios on the East Coast such as JDC Productions, Spotlight Productions Studio, and Basic Sound Productions and many more.  Through her musical recording, she has completed six recordings through Lab Records based in Jersey City NJ. She completed her Double Single release in September 2018. It featured Talishia LaNier and Shachah Adonai her band which consists of, music producer Aaron Monroe and many other great musicians. All songs were written and composed by Mrs. LaNier-Mckinnie. She has an extensive background as Minister and Elder in the church having been trained under amazing pastors such as Pastor Theresa Ayers of City Harvest International, located in Irvington NJ and Pastor Terrill McGill of Montclair NJ, where she was ordained, Minister and later elevated to Elder.  She was a musical director and choir director for these same churches and is currently Music Director and Worship Leader at The Well Church in Murfreesboro TN, under the leadership of Pastor Cory Busby. She has recently Authored the amazing book, Today's Pastors, Yesterdays's Kings, and will continue doing all assignments that God ordains, to complete her divine purpose.
